We are a company to promote the culinary heritage of Kyushu, Japan.​　We research and explore the authentic local dishes and design then into a product.

Kyushu is the Tuscany of Asia, in terms of its geographical size and the abundance in culinary resources.

We hope to promote the regional dishes of the local towns and introduce the abundant historic and culinary resources of Kyushu to the world.
